More Public Servants. Great.

In the past 5 years, 330,000 young Chinese have passed the public servant qualification exams, and started working in government institutions of different levels.

The Ministry of Personnel of China has always guaranteeed that the examinations are held in a fair way, and only those who are totally qualified will be able to pass them is believed that with more talented young people working in administrative offices, China will be able to have a more vigorous and efficient administration.

The Ministry of Personnel has also prepared many training courses for public servants to help improve their ability and work efficiency.
We have managed to get our hands on a copy of the most recent public servant's exam in China. The exam is a series of questions including a number of word problems such as these:

3. If you are letting a public works contract for a new bridge in Jiaxing and your budget is 5000000 RMB, how much of a kickback does the potential contractor have to provide to cover your mortgage?

6. If the social services fund in Qingdao increases by 6% each year and this year there is 20,000,000 in the fund, how much can you skim off the top before the finance department takes note?

15. If an American manufacturer has a 60,000,000 RMB piece of equipment sitting in Customs in Shanghai how many days will the chief representative be willing to protest before he pays the bribe to get the equipment out?

31. If your salary from the government is 6,000 RMB per month and you raise another 600,000 RMB every three months in kickbacks and bribes, how many mistresses can you afford over the course of a year?
