Chinese Restaurant to Close

I can't begin to tell you how troublesome this is:

Food stalls attached to Beijing's public toilets will be removed in good time for next year's Olympics, state media said Saturday.

Complaints over toilets with poor sanitation and toilet operators turning them into commercial operations led to the ban, which comes into force in October.

There is nothing comparable to a Chinese toilet any place I've been (qualifier: I have not been to India or Africa). You can identify them 1/2 a block away by smell so no signage is necessary. Why anyone would consider it a good idea to dine out of one I don't know.
